Thank your for your recent order.
Orders must be returned within 30 days where applicable and any issues with the delivery reported within 7 days of receipt
Please follow the processes below should for any reason you wish to return, exchange or discuss a problem with your order:
Uniform items – these are non returnable as they are made to order. if you have a queries with regard to sizing please contact us prior to placing your order.
Socks, tights, underwear, hair accessories – these are non returnable due to reasons of personal hygiene.
Exchange for like item – if you wish to exchange for another size or colour please return the item to the address on the delivery note. Please note on your delivery note your instructions ie next size up, swap to black etc. You will be required to pay the return postage and the exchanged item will be despatched upon receipt at no further expense to you. All items must be in their original packaging, labels attached and show no sign of use/wear. Occasionally items may move into the next price bracket if this applies we will contact you via email.
Return for refund – general items can be returned for refund following the process for Exchange but please write on the return delivery note – refund required. All of the above criteria will need to be fulfilled. Please note the exceptions for return, if you are unsure you can contact us via the link below.
Faulty items – please send us an email within 7 days to report a faulty item. Your email should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and include details of the problem as well as images if necessary.
