Please note the following processing times:
GENERAL – orders consisting of general items eg tights, leotard etc 3/4 working days.
BRANDED UNIFORM – orders that contain school merchandise will take approximately 7/10 working days to process. Please allow 14 working days before contacting us.
BESPOKE UNIFORM – bespoke garments and those made to order can take up to 4/6 weeks to process. Please allow 6 weeks before contacting us.
Any orders that contain a mix of above items, will be despatched when they are complete For Example if you order ballet shoes and a hoody, the shoes will not be despatched until the hoody is ready.
Our processing time is something we strive to maintain however at very busy times these lead times may be slightly longer. During September to December we are extremely busy and it may be wise to order in a timely fashion to avoid disappointment.
COMMMUNICATION – we communicate via email – please ensure you provide a valid email address and you check your junk folders, our emails are automatic so are always sent, non receipt is not an issue our end.
If an item is out of stock we will email you.
We will not contact you during the processing time unless there is a problem.
Upon completion and despatch of your order you will receive a final email advising of the tracking information, we generally use Royal Mail tracked 24/48 services.
